Staffing Manager, Onsite Manager, Staffing Specialist, Recruiter

*Manage full recruiting operation
*Utilize consultative sales skills to secure new onsite business
*Direct outside recruiting efforts such as job fairs, networking with vocational schools, internet recruiting and employee referrals
*Ensured proper hiring procedures including skill match, drug and background check
*Conducted performance evaluations, employee counseling, disciplinary actions and employee attendance
*Provided client reporting on all aspects of operation
*Responsible for creation and implementation of all safety training programs, daily safety inspections, accident investigations and weekly safety walks
*Managed employee incentive program

Additional responsibilities include:

*Administer drug tests to temp and the PEO client applicants who come in for hire.
*Administer per- hire screening tests and paperwork to candidates.
*Data entry of employee data from applications.
*Accompany HR / Project managers to client sites to support and assist in the implementation of new PEO clients and their employees.
*Conduct prior employment verification
*Interact with clients on pre-employment results (Background check Follow up)
*Work with our PEO HR Project Managers and Branch Manager in the administration and management of work comp claims.
*Process Vendor bills for approval and payment.
*Fed-Ex Office mail to Corporate
*Order and manage the office supplies via on – line access.
*Filing of HR paperwork/ applications
REQUIREMENTS
Must posses at least 3 years of staffing experince and must speak English/Spanish.
