Conduct job interviews, administer and score tests, evaluate applicant skills and abilities

Inside Sales functions, including increasing sales by making telephone sales calls

Collect and process job orders from clients
Execute procedures and systems in recruiting, hiring, and assigning applicants

Develop and maintain recruiting sources to ensure consistent applicant flowBenefits

Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field suggested, or equivalent education and experience in business, sales or customer service.
Knowledge and Skills:

Should exhibit the ability to interact effectively with various types of people

Should possess strong communication, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

Should have an understanding of general business, office terminology and basic computer and telephone skills
