In this role you will partner with Clinical Operations Team for PRA. You will have the opportunity to utilize your knowledge and creativity to develop, implement, and administer recruitment strategies that will help lead to your success.In addition we have a newly created position to oversee all internal recruiting strategies. We seek a high level recruiter that will evaluate our current structure and provide their knowlege on how to streamline and develop a more effective, results driven process.
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for recruiting and the desire to be successful, followed by...Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution, or commensurate work experience, is required – an advanced degree is preferred.5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research/Pharma/biotech recruiter in a corporate or agency environment.Excellent written, oral communication, presentation, customer service and computer skills.
