Staff Recruiter

Under minimal supervision, this position formulates and administers the campus recruitment strategy to effectively identify appropriate target audiences to attract new employee prospects for the campus. This position may also play an instrumental role in the orientation of new employees, as well as, collection, assimilation and analysis of employee exit interview information.
Job Requirements
A thorough knowledge of human resources, organizational behavior and/or business administration as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational behavior or business administration preferred.

Must have proven experience in a human resources and/or business environment.

Must have a moderate level of analytical ability and a significant level of interpersonal and communication skills.

Must possess the ability to effectively communicate and present research findings and recommendations to senior management.

Must have a working knowledge of personal software packages to prepare correspondence, as well as, create and generate spreadsheets and reports, as described above.

Must be results oriented and able to organize and independently manage various projects or processes simultaneously.
