Sr. RF System Engineer

The candidate is expected to join in the systems group working on new initiatives onadaptive antenna array and WiMAX. Current R&D programs in the systems groupinclude developing adaptive beam forming, interference suppression and resourcemanagement algorithms for WiMAX base station and handset. Define systemarchitecture and RF performance requirements; develop system simulation platform forWiMAX protocols incorporating antenna array, and provide system level analysis,verification and optimization of WiMAX products.Job Requirements
* MSEE (must) or Ph.D. in EE (prefer)
* Thorough understanding of all aspects of RF systems (cellular network RF planning, multi-cell interferences, air channels, BTS/terminal system architecture/function
partitions, RF device performance, etc).
* Proficient on RF measurement equipments (spectrum analyzer, signal generator,
network analyzer, power meter, etc).
* Minimum 2 years working experiences on RF Knowledge of wireless communications.
