Sr. Programmer Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual who consistently seeks personal challenges and professional rewards.
We're looking for a full time person with a minimum of 6 years experience in Technology and/or Services to fill this Sr. Program Analyst role. Relevant skills include C#, SQL SERVER 2000, ADO.NET, ASP.NET and XML. The job is located in Irving, TX. A typical work week will involve 40 hours. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree or better.
Sr. Programmer Analyst
Responsibilities:
•As assigned, architect, design, and develop solutions utilizing C#, ASP. Net and SQL Server.
•Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them through full software development life cycle into production deployment
•Correct reported software bugs through testing cycles and post production deployment
•Collaborating with other Technical Architect on software solutions
•Mentor and lead, as projects demand, more junior developers
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Required Skills:
•Outstanding communication skills
•6 - 8 yrs actual working experience in software development
•6 yrs .Net development in a production environment - strong C# coding skills; solid knowledge and experience with ASP.NET, ADO.NET, XML, database and stored procedure experience, (SQL Server 2000 required).
•Ability to work with minimal supervision
•Consistent track record of successful delivery
•Experience with Object Oriented patterns and techniques
•Experience with MS Message Queue a plus
