Sr. Product Consultant - SER8475

I. Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the development
and implementation of product strategies that
advance Consumer Aware's corporate objectives. This will
include collaboration with, but not be limited to,
IT, sales, market planning, market research,
and operational departments.
This individual will lead cross-functional work
teams and manage the implementation of
complex projects.


II. Job Accountabilities:

Direct the collaborative development, design
and implementation of new product development.

Collaborate with Sales, Market Research,
Marketing Management, Operations and
other key functional areas to
advance an integrated marketing approach to
product development and implementation.

Direct the development of new product/
program offerings that meet the needs of the
market and achieve Consumer Aware's business
objectives.

Monitor product performance and oversee
product initiatives that are needed to improve
competitive positioning.

Proactively communicate to key internal
stakeholders regarding product strategies
and ongoing initiatives.

Provide consultation to legal, regulatory,
health management and information
systems staffs regarding product requirements.

Develop implementation plans, and direct
internal staff that manage projects.

Facilitate senior management planning
sessions on product development.

Facilitate cross-functional product design
and product implementation teams.
REQUIREMENTS
III. Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in marketing or business,
MBA preferred.

Ten+ years healthcare industry experience

Thorough understanding of product
development processes

Broad knowledge of healthcare industry
Advanced analytical skills and independent
problem solving

Strong organizational skills

Strong oral and written communication

Ability to excel in collaborative work environment

Experience with web-based product
development a plus
