REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related area, or equivalency. Registered Nurse preferred.Experience in nurse recruitment/allied health strongly preferred. Previous recruitment experience required and leadership is preferred
Progressive administrative experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent personal communication with applicants, and customer service skills.Ability to represent The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia on a local and national level in a professional manner. Ability to handle confidential information. Possess good organizational skills and some computer literacy.
Willingness to travel.
