Sr Manager Meditech Solutions ArchitecturePerot Systems Corporation has an opening for a Senior Manager on our Meditech Solutions Architecture Team.This position may be virtual or home based anywhere in the contiguous United States. Approximately 50 to 75 percent travel may be required.Job Responsibilities
Collaborate in the pursuit of new Meditech business contracts to help align client requirements and position Perot Systems to earn new Meditech engagements by leading all technology and business solutions development
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with leadership teams, vendors, sales and account teams, and other key stakeholders
Provide the vision and strategy to develop scaleable repeatable processes and solutions in complex business environments, enhancing the company's competitiveness and integration of existing service offerings
Collaborate as part of a team to provide subject matter expertise and craft and present solutions to CEO's, CFO's, CIO's and other senior level executives in the healthcare provider market
Provide vision and thought leadership to help define, design and deliver successful healthcare technology solutions and selling positions that create a distinct competitive edge for Perot Systems
Acquire an in-depth knowledge of the current and projected business for each client, including the political landscape and organizational structure necessary to design innovative solutions to advance strategic client business objectives
Team with other Healthcare Account Executives, Account Managers, subject-matter experts and leaders of Perot Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and relevant Service Line organizations for development of new businessRequired Skills
Proven track record of working as part of a team to create structured and long-term healthcare business and technology outsourcing arrangements in the $5M up to $100M range
Extensive knowledge and experience spanning a wide range of Meditech business and technology capabilities and their respective cost
Comprehensive knowledge of how business and technology capabilities must be assembled into an operational delivery model that is both financially and technically sound.
Excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to craft and articulate how the value of the solution and benefits outweigh objections
Experience working as part of a team to overcome objections and bring the client to a comfortable purchase decision that delivers both tangible business results to the client and a profitable engagement for Perot Systems
Excellent interpersonal communication and proven presentation skills
Experience establishing and managing critical customer relationships at the executive level, including technical buyers and key project stakeholders, this individual must also be comfortable interacting with the client's Board of Directors
Sound financial and business acumen in healthcare information technology environments
Demonstrated ability to manage, interpret and execute balance sheets and to respond appropriately to new business cycles across the scope of service offeringsMore about Perot Systems
