YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Senior Level Contract Recruiter to join our team!

Responsibilities will include:
Source, screen and recruit for high level sales positions for multiple, nationwide CareerBuilder.com field officesPartner with Area Sales Managers to assess hiring needs and candidate profiles
Present only top qualified candidates to Managers for interviewing
Build strong relationships with hiring Managers to ensure all hiring requirements are met
Provide feedback to hiring Managers and candidates in a timely manner
Coordinate hiring managers and candidate schedules
Build candidate relations to provide a total consumer experience that attracts and sells even the most passive candidates.
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have
7 - 10 years experience recruiting, some sales recruiting experience is idealPreferred experience recruiting for $75k - $300k level positionsAbility to source, attract, and hire the best talentMust be able to show specific results from a previous recruiting efforts and placementsExperience recruiting for a fast-paced, rapidly growing company is necessary
Strong initiative and highly motivated. Must be able to work independent, possess an entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential
Customer oriented individual with exceptional organization skillsExceptional client service communication both written and oralRecruiter may need to visit various office locations to meet with hiring managers and conduct interviews as needed
ATS experience preferred
