Sr. IT Recruiter

COMPANY:

Our client is a $2B consulting firm with 1,500 employees in the US and over 35 years in business. The company provides a wide array of expertise and services including Applications Mgmt, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Process Mgmt as well as several other key areas affecting the enterprise. They boast key alliances with firms such as IBM, BEA, Microsoft and Oracle.

POSITION:

IT Recruiter is responsible for support of both the consulting requirements (for projects with external clients) and internal hiring requirements. Duties include, but are not limited to: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, closing, and making offers:

* Responsible for sourcing, interviewing and developing relationships with the best talent in the Mid Atlantic market
*Communicating with candidates through the full life cycle of the hiring process.
* Sources, screens and interviews candidates for our internal positions as well as consulting roles which will work on our clients’ site
* Concentrates efforts on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through industry leads & sources, key contacts, candidate targeting, employee referral program, cold calling, client/colleague, etc.
* Responsible for developing candidate database that allows quick turnaround for clients hiring needs
* Responsible for developing and promoting hiring initiatives and assessing our market positioning for candidates

LOCATION: Office is located in Tysons Corner, VA. Must be within commuting distance of this location.

SALARY: Base will vary based on exp. Target base range is 50-70K + bonuses per hire between $500-$1,000
REQUIREMENTS
NON-NEGOTIABLES:
- MUST have at least 2 years experience recruiting technology professionals for either a staffing firm or professional services firm
- Experience with college recruiting is a plus, as is recruiting for H1’s
