Responsibilities:
Analyzing and managing recruitment data and reporting on trends. Make recommendations to department management based on analysis and trends that would lead company initiatives and programs for the recruitment department. Analyze and compare past data to make recommendations. Create, prepare and present various reports to upper management and department on recruitment data, trends, and results. Work with IT and other departments on developing and enhancing reports from the various recruitment databases. Develop exception based reports to identify opportunities for improvement in key recruitment areas. Provide IT support to recruitment and store operations on department databases.

Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Math or other technical degree preferred; self starter with proven ability to function independently; strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and great attention to detail required; excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Databases (Oracle, Access, AS/400 and Excel (formulas, macros,etc)); SAS experience a plus. Must be able to prioritize several projects concurrently. Ability to acquire and organize data, deliver analysis and identify major findings. Problem solving skills and great attention to detail are important; strong interpersonal and team building skills are necessary. Two years of work experience preferred. Work experience in Business Objects required.
