You get to:
•Be the key financial player on new product innovation teams, developing cost scenarios and financial benchmarks to solve issues and determine financial strength of ideas and concepts
•Conduct financial analysis for the new product approval process and line extensions, including presentation to the Strategy Team
•Innovate—generate ideas and concepts with top creative firms, travel to marketing studies to listen to consumers so you have the background to solve problems
•Conduct profitability analysis and develop scenarios – product line and plant•Drive process improvement within the innovation process
•Assist in development of business acumen across the organization
•Participate on various financial project teams
REQUIREMENTS
What You Bring To The Job:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
•Proven strategic vision and ability to work on early phase, high potential/high risk projects
•5-7 years’ experience required; cost accounting experience a definite plus
•Strong systems background required•Outstanding interpersonal, communication and leadership abilities
•Innovative spirit
•CPA, CMA and/or MBA preferredMember Status: Full Time, Salary
