Identify and implement systemic changes where appropriate
Effectively communicate with outside counsel, other attorneys, paralegals and staff, Human Resources personnel, and with TIAA-CREF leaders and executives.

REQUIREMENTS
JD from an ABA accredited, top-tier law school with outstanding academic credentialsLicense to practice law in New YorkMinimum of 5 years of demonstrated work experience in employment and benefits law, including counseling clients.Highly developed written and oral communications skills, with the ability to articulate recommendations and options about complex legal issuesIn-house experience preferred Ability to partner effectively with others as a member of a legal services team
