Sr. Consultant, TT

The agency was established to administer the TSP (Thrift Savings Plan). The agency is part of the Executive Branch. The agency has designed and partially implemented Serena's Change Governance model. The agency is using the following Serena products VM, ZMF, TT, and RTM. Phase 2 of the engagement is to extend the use of TT workflows further within the agency, refine requirements processes and provide mentoring, product and process support to the agencies development, operations and user organizations.
REQUIREMENTS
TECHNICAL SKILLS:Understanding of the importance of Process and Issue Management Engineering or Process Engineering.Minimum 2 years programming experience as part of an IT development team:Programming experience with VBScript or other scripting languagesProgramming experience with C++Experience with Windows and/or Unix Platforms.Experience coding and debugging SQL Scripts for Access, SQL Server, Oracle or DB2 databases.Experience in custom applications and development using the defined tools.Familiarity with TeamTrack or PVCS Tracker a big plus.Familiarity with SourceBridge, VersionBridge, TestBridge and XMLBridge a big plus.
