We seek a motivated communications expert to join our Human Capital department in Edina. This creative position, blending writing skills with technical acumen, offers the opportunity to help build a new division of a Fortune 100 Company. The Sr. Communications Specialist will be responsible for daily postings to the corporate intranet, as well as preparation of some internal web content.



Key responsibilities include:


Posting appropriate daily news headlines on our internal website


Updating news-ready content for other departments


Developing communications plans for other corporate divisions, and reveiwing communications of other


Writing memos and columns, and editing these for compliance with corporate standards
Participating in various committees to identify and meet their communication needs

Job Requirements:

Required skills include HTML and JavaScript proficiency, along with a writing and editing background. We prefer candidates with a background writing communication plans and working with statistical measurements of data. Macromedia Fireworks proficiency is also preferred. Healthcare industry experience is a plus. A Bachelor's degree is required. If you meet these criteria, and you are a flexible individual who effectively thinks outside the box, you could be the perfect candidate for this promising position.
