Sr. Business Analyst (Strong experience required!)

In this key role, you would develop and implement effective business solutions through the research, audit and analysis of data and business processes. While focused on our clients, your primary responsibilities would include:


Analyzing, reviewing and trending health insurance data and internal business processes


Developing recommendations and presenting your findings to management to facilitate their business decisions


Working with customers directly to gather business requirements


Managing customer accounts and assisting clients with questions/issues


Assisting in the development of department operational and/or strategic plans


Job Requirements:

Candidates must have a solid background collecting, analyzing and presenting data and recommendations to management. Experience conducting business studies and recommending solutions is also required. Critical thinking skills are crucial to this position. Knowledge of functional policies, procedures and processes is preferred. Familiarity with legislative issues is desired, as is experience with process improvement, workflow analysis and benchmarking. Accounting and/or finance skills would be ideal. Abilities with mainframe or statistical software applications are a plus.
