This position is on the Claim-HMO technical services team. The position will manage and build the environments for the claim repository application and it's subsystems to support all phases of testing (to support the IT release calendar schedule). This position will manage technical source code inventory across multiple platforms. Liason with enterprise team for infrastructure currency and maintenance. Will work closely with internal partners for hardware/software upgrades. Individual is responsible for change management processes and procedures and will participate in audit reviews of the processes. This position will also be focused on improving the application development process by assisting with an ongoing effort to implement existing development standards, and create new ones where necessary.Experience Required:

Bachelors degree in computer sciense or related discipline, at least eight, typically ten or more years of solid, diverse work experience in IT, or he equivalent in education and work experience

Experience with building test databases and test environments for application development

Extensive knowledge of Change Management tools: ALDON, ENDEVEOUR or PVCS

Proven skills on IBM Mainframe systems with extensive knowledge of the Operating systems and commands

Strong problem analysis skills

Experience managing technical source code inventory across multiple platforms

Programming experience in COBOL, and/or JAVA helpful
