WE are a people business! Our marketing plans have never included telemarketing or sending 'junk' mail.Our OpeningsOur openings are all entry-level and full time. Openings include promotional sales/marketing and campaign management/ account representative. All promotions/campaigns are developed 'in house.' We are not only to create the promotions, but execute the promotions, therefore, all selected candidates will be trained in all areas, as we are the 'muscle' and the 'brains' behind all of our promotional campaigns. Future leaders in our company will first develop the 'muscle' by learning how to take our promotions out to the designated target market and generate the desired foot traffic for our clients. Skills in account management, team leadership, communications and promotional sales will be learned. After these skills are acquired, the 'brain' work is learned. At this stage, creativity, client meetings, campaign development and overall management skills are learned and put into practice. In summary, all current and future semantics in our company have and will be developed in all aspects from the 'muscles' to the 'brains' of the operation.
