Central Iowa’s premier employment firm, headquartered in West Des Moines has an immediate opening for an experienced industry professional. With 25 employees in 4 distinct divisions plus an 8 year history of growth, we are looking for top performers who want to work with established client organizations in Central Iowa and throughout the state.


We are searching for $200K+ producers to take over an existing desk with complete cycle placement processes. Selected candidate will be empowered to sell the business, source candidates, and fill job orders. Candidates with business development and/or desk experience in the following disciplines are encouraged to apply: Office Administration & Customer Service

Accounting & FinanceBasic requirements for this immediate opening include: 2+ years of current / recent permanent placement experience 4+ years of current / recent temporary placement experience
Professional presence and commitment to superior customer serviceSelected candidates will be provided with: $40-50K draw paid bi-monthly + aggressive quarterly bonus plan based on cash collected
