PBMS provides business services to various companies and organizations by focusing on solutions through technology, processes and people.The purpose of the Solutions Consultant position is to provide end-to-end support for analyzing, designing, proposing and implementing process and technology-based solutions for current clients and new prospects. The Solutions Consultant will be the point of contact with the accountability for accomplishing all milestones on time, within budget and with high levels of quality and client satisfaction and ensure that the solution is within scope of PBMS overall business objectives. The position will work with sales and operations team members in developing client specific proposals.
Duties and Responsibilities To proactively build a client relationship by developing a deep understanding of client requirements and strategy for outsourced mail services,document solutions, and document image management processes. Assist the sales executive and/or account manager in bringing value to the client. To assess client document processing requirements to determine where process and technology improvements can be made to bring cost savings or incremental value to our clients/prospects. Also To prepare the statement of work, pricing and solution design documentation for all phases of service delivery. To manage the performance of all elements of an engagement within the service delivery process to ensure that all milestones are accomplished on schedule, within the program budget and with high levels of client satisfaction. To secure, schedule and manage the resources (client, internal and external) that are required for each phase of implementation. And work with the PBMS sales organization to qualify accounts, assist in developing the account strategy, and ensure that the proper resources are available to secure the trust and confidence of the prospect.
To assist the sales organization by making sales presentations on the targeted service solution and provide supporting documentation for client proposals.
To leverage internal resources and external technology alliance partners to architect and integrate technology components that will be required as a part of the solution. Obtain pricing, specification, performance and delivery information.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for this position will possess: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Document Imaging with senior program management responsibility.
Experience must include working knowledge of one or more of the following technology disciplines and related processes:Mail center & Shipping and Reciving Operations
Commercial reprographics,Print,Fleet Asset Management
Print on Demand Applications: (Black and White & Color,Variable Print and Fulfillment Services)
Digital Press Applications, especially ability to convert traditional offset press to digital
Print to mail distribution applications
Electronic Job Submission and Digital Production Management software
Document creation, management, and archiving systmes integration experience
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, highly organized.
Strong client relationship skills and service orientation, ability to work in a demanding, client-focused, team environment.
A high degree of travel required.
CDIA, CIPS, DICE and/or other imaging certifications a plus
