Software Support Technician The Indiana plant of The HF Group is hiring a
software Support Technician that will provide support to external customers,
as well as internal staff on industry specific software applications.Support will include diagnosing and resolving customer user, conpatiability and
data issues in a timely manner. Preparation of new installations, as well as
database conversions and repair will be a regular part of this position.This position requires a customer service driven person with excellent verbal
and written communication skills. An analytical minded individual with proven
trouble shooting skills is a must. Qualified candidates will have experience
working with and repairing small relational databases in such formats as
xBase. Access and SQL. Previous software support, training experience or
