Software Support Associate

Employer/Position: alphaSIGMA Consulting, a dynamic, growing IT Consulting firm located in Palatine, Illinois, is looking for a new Team Member for our Consulting Group.

Duties:
This individual receives telephone, fax or email inquiries from customers having problems with their computer software system and/or requesting clarification as to how a particular aspect of their system is designed to work.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
•The right person is one who understands the importance of Customer Care.
•Enjoys troubleshooting technology issues.
•Can communicate well with persons of different backgrounds and knowledge levels.
•Has the ability to work independently, yet can function well within a team environment.
•Knowledge of Windows platform business software systems is a plus (ie Macola, Great Plains, MAS90, SysPro)
•Wants to be part of a team dedicated to professional and financial growth
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
