Software Product Developer - CRM Retail Applications

Fast Switch is an IT Consulting firm. We specialize in consulting and permanent placements. Our client is a CRM software company serving high-transaction-volume retailers, including those in the grocery, drug, convenience, mass, telecom, and club sectors. Their CRM solutions are installed at major national retailers in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and Europe. We are assisting them in filling a contract-to-hire position within their software development team. The work environment is much like a start up but being part of a very large advertising firm offers this subsidiary the stability needed to do what they do well.We need a hard core developer with excellent coding skills. As a software engineer you responsibility with be to help improve the software products. There are client server and web applications.This is a contract-to-hire position with our client where you will have the opportunity to join them directly as an employee.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills and Experience:
3-4 years of experience in software development.
Bachelors degree in Computer Sc or related field.
Strong programming skills in VC++
Experience in working with multiple databases such as Oracle, SQL Server and DB2.
Very good scripting skills.
Development of high volume data driven applications.
Nice to have: .Net, C# development.-----Note: This position is located in Shelton, CT.
