Siebel Consultant

Introduction:

Tier1 Innovation is looking for Siebel CRM Consultants to craft business and technical solutions for our clients. These positions are full-time with our company.

Challenges await you as you work within a team to implement a full lifecycle methodology. Your role will be to:Develop detailed specifications
Construct high- and low-level designs
Perform Siebel configuration and coding
Validate work at all levels
Contribute to project documentation and transfer knowledge to the client
Consultants typically report to a project manager or a project team lead. Senior consultants will have the opportunity to lead teams.

REQUIREMENTS

Technical RequirementsA Siebel Consultant Certification (Customer certification is a plus)
A Technical Degree or Business Degree
A working knowledge of:The Siebel architecture
Siebel Tools
Workflow
EIM
EAI
Assignment Manager
AdministrationA detailed understanding of relational database concepts.
The following are also desired but not required:Siebel scripting (Siebel eScript, Siebel VB)
Siebel Analytics
Business Analysis
Data Warehousing
Proficiency in VBA, Java Script, JSP, SQL
Non-technical Requirements:A minimum 1 year experience as a Siebel CRM consultant using Siebel v. 6 or above
Actively participated in a minimum of 1 full project lifecycle of Siebel v. 6 or above
Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies (Preferably Siebel’s eRoadmap)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills
Consulting/client facing experience
Outstanding teamwork skills
Attention to detail
Problem solving and analytical abilities
