Pearson Government Solutions is looking for a Siebel CRM Developer/Administrator that can perform System Administration and a proven ability to deploy applications in multiple environments quickly and efficiently.
Our expectations also include performing software development and maintenance of complex, large scale, call center applications.
Applying appropriate design and project management methodologies to design, code, test, implement, and modify systems
Performing complex system analysis and design along with preparing, writing, and reviewing system documentation.
You will need to train, give technical guidance, and provide leadership to lower classified personnel. As part of the team you will develop a detailed knowledge of department products and provide technical and product (system) guidance and advice to users (product line, operations, sub-contractors, and end users) of the computer systems.
We also need you to perform technical proposal analysis, design, and drafting along with developing and monitor project schedule, cost, and resource loading.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of professional programming experience required.
Siebel Certified Consultant preferred. 3+ significant Siebel deployments preferred.
Siebel 7 experience or certification preferred.1+ years experience with multi-vendor system integration, analysis, design, and implementation between legacy systems and COTS products such as Siebel, Avaya, Genesys and Aspect.
Experience with installation and configuration of Siebel Server, Gateway, and Siebel Web Server Extensions in a UNIX environment (preferably HP-UX)
Experience with configuration of custom Screens, Views, Applets, Business Objects, Business Components, Fields, Business Services, Workflows, Virtual Business Components (VBCs), SmartScripts, Links, Joins and MVGs
Experience with EAI configuration using Java Data Bean connections through Siebel API, and HTTP Outbound Services using SOAP
Strong UNIX skills, including shell scripting and kernel parameter tune-up
Experience with installation and configuration of Resonate, troubleshooting of Resonate issues, load balancing configuration, and network fine-tuning for Resonate
Experience with Siebel performance fine-tuning, including fine tuning of Object Manager and other server components
Experience with cluster configuration of Siebel Server using MC/Service Guard and Microsoft Clustering Service, including failover fine-tuning and configuration.
Experience with computer telephony integration (CTI), interactive voice response (IVR), network/premise call routing, outbound dialers and faxing systems highly desired.
Experience as system administrator for Siebel Call Center or Siebel Financial Services in a UNIX environment (preferably HP-UX) with Oracle database. This includes operations and maintenance, production support, and troubleshooting and resolution of production emergencies in a Siebel environment
Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills required.
Experience with formal software/project management methodologies like CMM highly desirable.
Experience with C++, VB, SQL, Win NT, Win 2000, SQL Server 7, and Oracle preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent required.
Strong Oracle skills, including experience writing SQL*Loader scripts and PL/SQL programs, database fine tuning, and table analysis (e.g., detection and resolution of poor performance as a result of full table scans).
Experience with troubleshooting and resolution of EIM process failures in production environment by reviewing EIM log files and making appropriate changes or escalating with DBA as needed.
