Siebel Analytics Consultant

Introduction

Tier1 Innovation is looking for Siebel Analytics Consultants to craft business and technical solutions for our clients. These positions are full-time with our company.

Challenges await you as you work within a team to analyze, design, and implement Siebel Analytics solutions. Your role will be to:Setup Analytics environments
Deploy Siebel dashboards
Design and implement Star schemas, fact tables, dimension tables, ETL processes
Configure out-of-the box and custom Analytics/Dashboard reports using Siebel Answers
Validate work at all levels
Knowledge transfer on setup, installation, development and testing processes
Contribute to project documentation and transfer knowledge to the client
Consultants typically report to a project manager or a project team lead. Senior consultants will have the opportunity to lead teams.

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Requirements:A Technical Degree or Business Degree
Siebel 7.x Consultant Certification
A working knowledge of the following:Siebel 7.7 Analytics product
Data warehousing, Data management and Data modeling
ETL and Analytics (OLAP) methodologies and tools
Configuring or creating custom Star Schema in Siebel Data Warehouse (OLAP)
Informatica 6.x and/or 7.x
The Siebel architecture (including Gateway Server, Enterprise Server, Siebel Server, Web Server, and Database Server)
Siebel Tools
EAIA detailed understanding of relational database concepts
The following are also desired but not required:Siebel scripting (Siebel eScript, Siebel VB)
Siebel Analytics Certification
Business Analysis
Data Warehousing
Proficiency in VBA, Java Script, JSP, SQL
Non-technical Requirements:At least one year’s experience in a full lifecycle of a Siebel Analytics implementation
Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies (Preferably Siebel’s eRoadmap or Blueprint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills
Consulting/client facing experience
Outstanding teamwork skills
Attention to detail
Problem solving and analytical abilities
