Our Service Project Coordinator position involves:
•Maintaining Customer Satisfaction (20 percent)
- Process paperwork for customer requests
- Interpret and resolve customer complaints
- Add/delete email passwords and email products and configurations
- Administer Internet local and national dial up accounts
- Initiate and schedule dispatch appointment date/activities
- Resolve issues that may impact conversion due dates and expedites implementation
•Maintaining Objectives (10 percent)
- Educate and train new users on vendor and system applications
- Provide status to peers and management on migrated customers
- Assist customer service and repair with outstanding project issues
•Analyzing Existing Accounts (30 percent)
•Processing Orders (30 percent)
- Assist with scheduling needs
•Other (10 percent)
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by managementJob Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
•Knowledge of Windows 95/98, Microsoft Office Suite
•Must be able to navigate through various applications on the computer

Education and Experience
•BA/BS Degree or equivalent required
•Telecom related experience preferred
•3-4 years related experience and/or training in the customer service or order processing field required
•1 year switch translations experience preferred
