Summary: Work with residential customers to troubleshoot pool problems, install, repair and maintain pool equipment, ensure excellent customer service and quality workmanship.
REQUIREMENTS
Position Requirements:

· physical lifting of at least 75lbs.

· active drivers license and the ability to travel

· strong customer service skills

· excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· general knowledge of pool operation

· experience with and knowledge of 110 and 220v electrical equipment

· experience with and knowledge of gas and electrical heaters

Primary Job Responsibilities:

· responsible for troubleshooting all aspects of customers’ pool problems
· performing testing and chemical balancing of pool water
· accurately documenting all service performed and ensuring that proper payment/ credit is received
· maximizing sales by suggestion-selling above and beyond the reason for the service call
· controlling/minimizing costs, including fuel, materials and non-productive time
· keeping current on pool-related technology through training and trade shows
· providing warranty and repair support to Construction and Renovation Divisions
