The Senior e-Learning Instructional Designer/Developer will be responsible for the following:



- Instructional design of web-based training courses targeted to adult learning principles, which meet business requirements

- Project Management

- Process Documentation

- Customer support

- Troubleshoots and Research & Design (R & D)
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. At least 4 years experience of instructional design technology, web-based design, as well as demonstrated experience and creativity in courseware development (CBT and WBT in standard authoring tools). At least 4 years experience in research, development and analysis. At least 3 years experience of authoring instructional design, basic HTML, and Macromedia Flash. Experience with SCORM and AICC compliancy. Process improvement, project management and budget mangement experience. Strong ability to research, design, develop, deliver and evaluate training programs. Ability to write, edit and/or revise a range of technical communication from compiled raw data. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work closely with line and other staff functions.
