TechProX is expanding rapidly so you need to be prepared to step into a lucrative role and hit the ground running! We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to handle our high-growth business. You will work directly with our Sales Executives to manage business with our named accounts. You will also be instrumental in our team efforts in establishing new accounts. This is truly a ground-floor opportunity to manage recruiting for these accounts as well as apply your extensive sales skills as the business continues to grow. To be considered for this position you must have successfully recruited contract technical staffing or full-time placements in the technology arena for at least one named account. You must also have a proven track record of consistently generating sales leads. You must exhibit a strong drive for results and success and the ability to achieve set goals and deadlines. If you have a strong work ethic, a passion for what you do, along with a sense of urgency you will succeed.
Primary Responsibilities:
You will spend a minimum of 90% of your time engaging in recruiting activities using online services and extensive phone contact. You will work with our Sales Team to obtain a solid understanding of new job orders, job specifications and client-specific needs. You will also identify and screen job candidates, present qualified candidates to Sales Team and work with them to enable presentations to the client.
You will spend approximately 10% of your time working with the Sales Team establishing new business at our named clients, managing ongoing business and developing new client relationships in order to diversify our client base and gain market share. This will include face-to-face client visits to develop and manage relationships.
This unique opportunity offers a solid base salary based on your experience plus a lucrative recruiting commission structure based on the net margin per placement. Relocation assistance and/or telecommuting is possible for the right candidate.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
•A minimum of 5 years of direct staffing industry recruiting for technology positions
•1+ major client with, at least, 15 ongoing placements as an outside recruiter
•Ability to handle multiple priorities and a large volume of requisitions
•Experience in implementing creative sourcing and screening strategies
•Strong headhunting skills using web-based technology and professional networks; previous experience working with candidate tracking systems is a big plus
•Accustomed to direct client interaction with proven ability to consistently generate new sales leads
•Strong lead generation and account development skills, networking with job candidates to establish leads, regular attendance at industry events, directly market to your professional network and the ability to recruit new team members in the recruiting and sales arena.
•Solid industry contacts, positive attitude, money motivated, desire to work in a fast paced environment
•Minimal travel outside of sales region
•Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or significant applied work experience
