Oversees the centralized recruiting processPartners with business managersManages centralized recruiters & sourcers to review internal and external resumes and employment applications to determine most qualified applicant(s) while adhering to policiesDevelops recruitment guides, training and resources to ensure hiring managers have the resources necessary to fill vacancies and recruiters understand the processEstablishes and maintain relationships with external vendors and agenciesManages the internal and external employment campaigns

job Requirements



Bachelor’s degree

Five to seven years Human Resource experience.

Previous employee management experience

Strong understanding of recruiting functions

Ability to identify marketing strategy

Federal employment standards

Demonstrated ability to take charge and get results

Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, verbally and in writing

Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and priorities

PC skills, with working knowledge of PS HR Information Systems HSBC Compensation
