Four openings for Senior Project Managers


This Richmond-based position is for a Project Manager working for in the Small Business Card LOB and will be responsible for all aspects of Project Management. Qualified candidates will be required to take ownership in working with a customer and other resources including M&A, Ops and IT. Candidate must have the ability to be flexible and manage both traditional lifecycle projects as well as work with Agile work teams. Ideal candidate will have the ability to drive projects and work through issues.

- Manage multiple projects focused on fulfilling short-term and long-term business needs.
- Managing projects involving collocated resources as well as matrix team.
- Responsible for all aspects of project management and controls, including forecasting, scheduling, compliance, budget management, status reporting, etc. according to tight compliance standards.

Significant experience managing large, complex projects. Experience with project management methodology and tools including MS Project Server and the rest of the MS Suite, is preferred. Experience with managing multiple dependencies across projects. Ability to drive cross-functional project team toward completion of objectives through delegation, influence and clear written/verbal communication. General technical knowledge including awareness of IT impact on business processes. Ability to work with customers, create partnerships, and negotiate. Strong analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills. Ability to identify risks and issues proactively and drive creative solutions. Adaptable self-learner.
