Senior Project Manager (Architecture)

Our Baltimore Building Programs group is searching for a Senior Design Architect to join their team. In this position, you will be responsible for:

* Design, planning, and producing documents for retail and commercial projects.

* Work with minimal supervision as a contributing design leader and team member.
REQUIREMENTS
# Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (4 or 5 year program).

# Professional registration (RA and/or NCARB) is needed.

# 10+ years of experience in architecture with experience as a lead designer for commercial, retail, office, hotel, and mixed use projects or master planning projects.

# Experience with commercial retail oriented projects preferred.

# Experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop and freehand sketching are a plus.
