Lead and manage multiple projects focused on developing key infrastructure (people, processes and systems)

Lead cross-functional teams (internal and external parties) through the development and execution of high profile initiatives.

Able to effectively build and foster strong relationships with diverse groups and all levels of management, as well as individuals outside of Capital One

Create project plans and other related project management documents

Perform root cause analysis, develop solution options, and influence the organization to adopt recommended solutions/trade offs

Effectively leverage approved Project Management tools and process to develop requirements, plan deliverables, secure resources, communicate milestones, mitigate risks and deliver project objectives.

Able to work in ambiguous work environment and organize activities through work breakdown structure

Ability to independently and proactively identify and resolve project issues/problems

Demonstrate ability to coordinate work between multiple areas and to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively manage multiple tasks independently to meet deadlines
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA)

2+ years of Project Management or related experience

Knowledge of project management techniques, problem solving and implementation skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, able to include and negotiate at various levels - Excellent organization skills – ability to organize, plan, coordinate and prioritize a variety of work and tasks

Effective communication and demonstrated ability to lead efforts to promote collaboration across large cross-functional teams

Must be flexible, open to performance feedback and effective at embracing change

Individual should possess a high level of enthusiasm, motivation and demonstrated personal initiative

Must be a team player and possess the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment

Highly motivated associate with demonstrated personal initiative
