The job -
We are currently seeking a Senior Microsoft Delivery Consultant to join our rapidly growing team. The Delivery Consultant will be responsible for the design, implementation and replication of enterprise environments, including Active Directory and Exchange servers.

Travel for this role can be anywhere between 25-75% depending on project location and length.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications -
Candidate should possess expert knowledge of Microsoft products with experience to include detailed level Active Directory design, migration management and Exchange Server design, implementation and replication experience for enterprise environments.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND EDUCATION:
Experience working within a variety of industries and environments and have worked on large scale design and implementation projects
Previously worked in a Consulting capacity
Commitment to quality services delivery
Ability to manage complex project activities
Four year BS in Computer Science or related field, preferred

Additional Skillsets and Responsibilities:
VMWare ESX, Virtual Center, VMotion, P2V along with disaster recovery procedures
Systems Management Experience to include SMS, Altiris and MOM
Email Archive solutions and strategies around cost reduction, backups and operation efficiencies
