Senior Manager, CFO Advisory Services

We are currently seeking a CFO Advisory Services Senior Manager to join us in our Dallas office.CFO Advisory (CFOA) Services professionals are “trusted advisers” for the CFO and other financial executives. With a focus on financial analysis, operations, controls and performance, our professionals bring leading practices and recommendations to clients to help streamline and create more efficient processes with the finance function.Responsibilities:

Manage lead generation, prospecting, pursuit/proposal, and service delivery activities

Work with client executives on a daily basis; may include: financial process, financial forecasting process, utility billing system, process improvement (i.e. Revenue cycle), credit and collection process, utility settlement system, ERP system integration, revenue management, and/or business integration

Manage client engagements, project work streams/activities, and client billing/collection activities

Manage project teams and provide performance feedback to staff level team members

Conduct research, gather data, conduct analyses, and prepare and present engagement deliverables (reports, studies, and testimonials)
Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university

Specific experience with utility performance improvement, finance transformation, and operations

Previous experience in an advisory capacity to senior utilities executives (CFO, Controller, and Business Unit Leaders)

Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills

Strong process, finance, accounting, and/or technology skills

Risk management and control improvement experience

Strong leadership and team motivation skills

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis/modeling tools and packages

Detail oriented and able to meet demanding timelines

Significant travel
