We are looking for a talented Senior Manager with strong Federal marketplace experience to help support our on-going growth.  Senior Managers within must be familiar
with client management and the consulting process for the effective diagnosis, solution development, and implementation of client problems.  Will contribute to services that satisfy client expectations, as well as, effectively supervise client change management programs.  Will exhibit proven technical expertise and develop their reputation in a given industry/service line.  They ensure that deliverables are developed and communicated, and are responsible for business development, sales strategies, and complex proposal development and sales presentations.
- BS Degree (MBA preferred) and 10+ years of successful Big 4 Consulting/Client Management experience.
- Prior experience with Outsourcing solutions is required.
- Prior Federal marketplace experience is required.  Must have strong knowledge of Federal procurement processes. 
- Custom Technology Development experience with packages (i.e. Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.) in an outsourced environment.
- Track record of
stellar engagement management experience; successfully leading large engagement teams. 
- Proven/demonstrated ability to lead and develop strong relationships with business leaders and executives. 
- Must have experience in new business development and sales strategies, as well as complex proposal development and sales presentations.
- Must be willing to travel extensively. 80-90%
