Senior IT eBusiness Developer

Phoenix Resource Partners LLC is an IT consulting and resource placement company focused on providing qualified and experienced resources to clients.

We are looking for a Senior IT eBusiness Developer for a position in Phoenix, AZ.

The ideal candidate will have experience in understanding business processes and applying rules to translate business data into eBusiness information. This role will involve project management as well as business requirements management, analysis, development and implementation of eBusiness solutions.

This position may be contract or permanent depending upon agreement with the ideal candidate. Salary will depend upon the level of experience but salary and benefit package is excellent. REQUIREMENTS
Technical skills required:
•RosettaNet,
•EDI,
•(BizTalk is also preferable but not essential)

Must be knowledgeable and experienced in many of the following technologies:
•SQL & interface applications (e.g. PL/SQL developer
•Oracle DB (relational database characteristics)
•Oracle Applications
•Oracle Forms
•Java
•Web Scripting languages (Cold Fusion, .Net, PHP, etc.)
•Messaging systems (principles of publish/subscribe and event-driven processing), especially JMS
•(knowledge of Web Server configuration for HTTP/HTTPS, message containers is desirable)
•(network security administration knowledge is also desirable)

Must be experienced in the following implementation skills:
•Managing service providers and outsourced development of extended team
•Understanding of project management, status reporting, and risk identification & mitigation
•Generally know how Oracle is put together, for the purpose of working together with DBA and Oracle development staff to manage the implementation of inter-related components
