Senior IT Analyst

Volt Services Group is currently seeking a Senior IT Analyst whose major functions will be:Meet and learn needs of internal clients / IT workforce with a business-results focus
Analyze learning needs of the division and design / coordinate the delivery of solutions to support IT objectives
Maintain in-depth industry knowledge of IT and business concepts, practices and procedures
Work closely with IT subject matter experts and project teams to understand learning requirements and recommend solutions to meet objectives


Requirements:

QualificationsMinimum of seven years of related experience working in an analyst or learning consultant role, prefer depth in working with a technical audience
Demonstrate project management skills and experience (planning, drive process, manage third party vendors)
Knowledge and understanding of instructional design and delivery tools, needs analysis and computer-assisted instruction
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, including effectively presenting to large groups as well as working with individuals
Must have strong consulting skills, superior analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment
Personal Competencies: problem solving, leadership, adaptability, organizational skills, management skills, self-development, teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, IT
Business Competencies: business acumen, process management, project leadership, relationship management, AGE and industry knowledge
Educational RequirementsBachelor's degree, preferably in MIS or Business Masters degree preferred
