Sr. HR Analysts provide consulting services internally to a wide variety of corporate departments, stores/district offices, distribution centers and subsidiary locations. This position entails problem solving, use of quantitative skills and involves a wide variety of decision-support projects that utilize data analyses. This position would service both our complex analytical projects and short-term adhoc requests on behalf of internal clients.

Responsibilities:
Project management, consulting with end-users on HR problems, programs or information needs; responsible for conducting HR data analyses; responsible for utilizing desk-top software tools to analyze HR related data; responsible for utilizing inferential statistics to assist clients in making program decisions; responsible for trend analyses.

Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills; strong communication/consulting skills and interests; knowledge of and interest in inferential statistics and associated software tools preferred, familiarity with relational databases is strongly preferred; some knowledge of HR function is preferred but not required.
