Senior Health and Safety Compliance Consultant

ERM is seeking an energetic, self-starting Senior Health and Safety Compliance Consultant to join our consulting firm in Exton, PA. Candidate could be based in any of our other Mid-Atlantic offices (Richmond, VA, Norfolk, VA, Ewing, NJ, or Annapolis, MD).RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Recommending appropriate actions to ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations;
Must have industrial consulting experience in New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Maryland.
Expertise should include providing health and safety consulting, helping industries develop H&S programs, managing compliance programs and resolving potential issues
Preparing proposals, proposal costs and change orders;
Knowledge of regulatory programs a must, and knowledge of industrial hygiene and both plant and corporate management systems a plus.
Focusing on project delivery of multiple tasks,
Mentoring direct reports;
Designing and managing large complex projects and multi-person project teams with limited supervision;
Participating in sales calls and competitive proposal presentations;
Maintaining budget/schedule expectations and scope of assignments;
Maintaining quality on project deliverables; and
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
Bachelors in a related field with a Masters and CIH or CSP certification a plus
Must have at least 10 years of experience and be a self-starter, Seller/Doer looking for the next step.
