Senior Executive Compensation Consultant - Human Capital

The result is responsible executive remuneration plans that secure key talent, enhance business performance, and stand up to external scrutiny.
Within this context, we help our clients:Assess competitiveness of current pay and program features relative to the market and to the organization's specific circumstances Design short-term and long-term incentive programs that reinforce strategic objectives Design financial performance measurement and target setting systems to support these incentive programs Analyze financial impact of equity incentive programs Establish/modify processes for corporate governance in light of best practice, shareholder concerns, etc. Stay abreast of legislative and regulatory developments and their implications for clients Responsibilities of the Position

As a senior consultant you will have several roles, including project manager, technical specialist, client advisor, business developer, and staff developer. Responsibilities will include:Structuring, directing, reviewing, and interpreting analyses performed by the project team Providing guidance to team members Responsible for day-to-day interaction with clients Managing multiple projects simultaneously Interacting with client senior management and Directors Developing and presenting recommendations to clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Generate revenue through development of new client relationships, cross-selling to current clients and extension of current client engagements Develop, evaluate, and mentor more junior staff Limited travel (<15%) required

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of eight years' experience in finance or finance-related consulting (with specific experience in executive compensation a plus) or executive compensation in a large corporate environment, MBA preferred Record of top professional and academic achievement Excellent analytical skills Strong finance and accounting skills Effective writing and presentation skills Proven project management skills Creative problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to function well in a team environment
