REQUIREMENTS
Ability to analyze complex coverage issues and
evaluate exposures under occurrence and claims made policies.
Candidate should have 10+ years experience in handling complex claims
including dedicated time handling claims in the excess & umbrella
area. Must be a good negotiator and skilled in litigation management.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) are essential.
Will need to be pro-active, responsive, customer-oriented and possess
basic/intermediate skills in MS Word. Limited travel required.
Bachelor's Degree required. CPCU and/or other insurance industry
related courses preferred. Proven experience in evaluating coverage
issues is needed.
