PricewaterhouseCoopers' (PwC) Systems and Process Assurance practice is seeking qualified Associates/Senior Associates with knowledge of the Real Estate industry to perform risk assessments, review IT system controls (business process and security), optimize business processes, and review overall internal controls. As part of a team working with a variety of clients, this Associate/Senior Associate will help plan and execute technical and general computer control audits, business process/application controls reviews, systems development/conversion reviews, as well as non-audit process improvement and other consulting engagements. He/she will work closely with clients and PwC management at all levels and will both lead and support teams in various roles. The Senior Associate will also prepare well-written reports and effective presentations that convey solutions to our clients' complex business problems.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
4 year degree required, CPA/CISA a plus
Bachelor's degree in accounting with additional courses in information technology or computer science idealEssential Requirements:
Candidates should have a knowledge of Financial Services, specifically Real Estate
4+ years experience with application controls and general computer controls
Familiarity with mainframe, client server security and control issues, SAP, Unix, Windows NT, and/or networks
Functional knowledge of the leading real estate software packages preferred, such as: PeopleSoft Enterprise One (formerly JD Edwards) Oracle SAP MRI Yardi Fraser-Williams The Realm (CTI, Dyna, Argus, Budget) SS&C TREPP McCracken Synergy Real estate use of general tools such as Cognos, Business Objects, Documentum
