Senior Architect/CONSULTANT

Acxiom consultants provide fee-based consulting services for external customers. Associates in this role may have a professional background in one or more of the job roles within the company. Acxiom employs industry, marketing, and technical consultants to assist customers in maximizing their products' effectiveness with the use of information technology.Description:
Will interpret client's current state architecture and have overall responsibility to deliver the future state architectural design. Be responsible for the integrated design of various network components, applications, and hardware devices to meet the business needs.
Requirements:
Candidate should possess technical knowledge and practical server experience within a large-scale, complex Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment. Experience with mature intelligent brokering data handling systems and ETL engines in a distributed nature, scalability, robustness and flexibility. Must have experience with server farms, database server clustering, NAS/SAN configurations and knowledge to incorporate XML messaging.. Working experience with Grid architectural model and technologies is a preferred.
