<b>Job Description</b>

Senior functional consulting position for Lawson's Professional Services LPS organization to support business process re-engineering using Lawson technology. Individual will be primarily focused on leveraging their business process/industry knowledge to help Lawson customers optimize their business processes and procedures IT and Non-IT when implementing Lawson technology. Resources in this role s will proactively works with Lawson clients in the design and implementation of strategically aligned organizational, business process, and technology enabled business improvements. These resource s need to possess diverse capabilities including operational planning, process and organizational design, change management, and the effective application of Lawson technologies.

<b>Minimum Qualifications</b><br><br>
All candidates should have significant experience in the above competencies with demonstrated successes throughout their career. Candidates are expected to have<br>
4 year college degree minimum with preferred advanced M.B.A. degree<br>
6 years of industry related experience for their respective knowledge domain of HR/Payroll, Finance, Procurement and/or IT? 5 years consulting services industry experience with proven track record with large transformational programs related to knowledge domain - emphasis with business process redesign in an ERP environment current state analysis, future state design, gaps, gap resolution, best practice for domain area <br>
Certifications and professional organization membership related to knowledge domain is a strong preference. <br>
