Sales Support Consultant - 3655

Manage the development and production of proposals and
other sales tools for new sales, value-add, and renewal
opportunities.Write and edit proposals and follow-up materials.
Manage multiple writing projects and production activities
simultaneously with producing deliverables under deadline.
Ensure proposal process is followed and every proposal meets/exceeds
established quality and production standards.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with staff to obtain
information to complete writing assignments.
Contribute to the enhancement of the proposal process and proposal
database maintenance procedures to gain greater efficiency and
productivity for the Sales Support team.
Assist in preparing sales tools (e.g., presentations, letters,
overviews) that facilitate moving prospects through the sales funnel.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, English, or
writing; or at least two years experience in a sales, marketing, or
technical support role.
Excellent writing, editing, organizational, analytical, and
interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with the
Web.
Prior experience or demonstrated aptitude with large information
systems.
Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks and
projects.
Ability to work well with others and to gain their cooperation.
Innovative in solving problems and finding information.
