Sales Consultant - Spectacular Growth Potential With an Industry

In this exciting role you will be selling the world's leading refreshments solutions and products within your own protected territory. Your territory will be Wilmington, DE and the surrounding area. You will experience the excitement of being the "hunter" in the sales process, while selling a fantastic service that increases the morale of our customers' employees! As a Sales Consultant for ARAMARK Refreshment Services you will have the opportunity to advance, thrive and grow professionally and financially. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specialize in generating new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking and relationship building.
Increase sales productivity through business to business outside selling.
Identify and develop new prospects inside your protected territory.
Target companies of all sizes and in various industries.
Determine profitability of new pieces of business and set client pricing.
Perform product demonstrations.
Develop competitive proposals to potential clients.
Utilize a state-of-the-art computer based prospecting system.

We offer a competitive compensation package comprised of the following:
Base salary plus monthly commission
Monthly car allowance
Start up bonus
Monthly bonuses, annual bonuses and ongoing incentives such as corporate contests and blitzes
Trips to tropical destinations
Best of all…NO CAP ON COMMISSION POTENTIAL!
Total 1st year compensation will be approximately 50-70K


Job Requirements


QUALIFICATIONS:
1 to 3 years of outside business to business sales experience.
Ability to thrive in a quota driven environment while staying focused, organized and flexible.
Excellent relationship building skills.
Well spoken, self motivated and persistent.
Ability to function in a very results oriented atmosphere.
