Robert Gerbi Search Consultants Ltd has been exclusively retained to assist a growing Manufacture/Producer of State of the Art Devices that truly improves the quality of daily life for the end users as our Client enters into 1st phase of Sales expansion. Internal promotion and expansion has created the need to staff this established territory.Our client, the world leader in medical/health care propriety “Hi-Tech” Devices, seeks to staff their Established Sales position in the in Cleveland Metro and surrounding areas. This ground floor Expansion career opportunity will offer the selected candidate a Base salary and mthly. commissions and yearly Bonus program to earn into the six figure++income range alsoFull Range Ben.(401k, complete T&E expenses,Medical/Life Ins.,set annual progress performance reviews,paid vacation & holidays, tuition aide,etc); and combined with a most unique “physic income” that adds to ones self motivation to succeed.You will be responsible for the direct sales/marketing to those professions within the medical, healthcare, , clinical, therapeutic, University/Hospitals or related specialties and the end users. Also! our client has a Macro Mgmt philosophy and will not micro manage their sales staff, so it is imperative that the selected candidate be self-motivated and self-directed. After thorough Corporate Product and Sales training one will work from their own virtual office with complete systems provided by our client.Also receive the Start up training with in this established territory by the newly promoted sales director promoted after one year of successfully handling this same territory.
This Sales Consultant will be reporting to the Regional Sales Dir., and with hi visibility to the officers of this hi-tech growing firm makes this one of the most challenging positions offered.

There is limited over-night travel and client covers all travel and sales expenses. Because there is little competition with our client’s products and their outstanding growth the career challenge they offer is unprecedented.
REQUIREMENTS
The selected candidate must have:
4 yr degree and a desire to market products and services in the expanding healthcare field.Must be a relationship builder not a hi-pressure or hard closer sales type.Min of 1- 3yrs prior sales experience and a plus for Pharma or Medical or Healthcare related products/services
